Yesterday, I moved out of my apartment and had a day of no veggies and really nothing to eat at all. My body felt that today and I knew I needed a veggie packed breakfast to get my day started. So I started off making shakshuka, but then added even more veggies and ingredients that I feel wrong calling this that, so let’s just say,”inspired” lol! This nutrient packed breakfast has spinach, onion, garlic, capers, olive oil, honey, spices and of course, tomatoes! The secret star in this is @kartago_harissa which gives a smoky, spicy flavor that runs throughout! I recorded this one, so it’ll be up tomorrow just in time for breakfast or a holiday weekend brunch! Trust me, you definitely want to eat this!!
